Ordering
When placing an order with violettisafety.com, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete. Orders can only be executed within the Cyprus market.
After placing an order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the products ordered, payment method, and total cost (including VAT). It is your responsibility to verify that all details in this confirmation email are correct and to contact us as soon as possible if any discrepancies are found.
Please note that your order is an offer to purchase goods from us and does not constitute a binding contract until we accept it. A contract for the sale of any product between you and violettisafety.com only exists once we dispatch the product to you, regardless of whether we have sent a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any order. If we do not accept your order, we will inform you of the reason.
Payment
Full payment for the goods must be received before we can accept your order. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we will process the payment when preparing your goods for dispatch.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by their card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery.
If you pay by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until 10 working days after receiving your cheque and ensuring it has cleared.
Any discounts applied through a promotional code will be implemented when the order is accepted and your payment card is charged. Discount codes are only valid for purchases made through the account to which the discount code was offered and registered.
Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in euros and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices and offers at our discretion at any time before we accept your order.
While we strive to ensure prices are displayed correctly, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will correct it and ask if you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order at our discretion. We are not obligated to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Stock
Stock items are typically delivered within 5 working days. Our site automatically updates with each sale, but in rare cases where an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Product availability is listed in each product description. If delivery exceeds 30 working days, you may request a refund by canceling your order.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and intended as a guide. We make every effort to ensure accuracy. All sizes are displayed in euro sizes.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices on the website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information, including prices and promotions, has been incorrectly published.
Product images are as accurate as possible, but variations in internet browsers and monitor settings can affect color accuracy. We are not responsible for any color differences between the image and the actual product.
We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at our discretion at any time without notice.
Promotions
The general terms and conditions apply to all promotions. Specific instructions, rules, and conditions related to each promotion form part of these general terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to end, suspend, amend, or add additional terms and conditions to any promotion at our discretion and without notice.
You may not use more than one promotion per order, and promotions may not be combined unless otherwise specified. This includes affiliate promotions or cashback site offers.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
To cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible after ordering.
For orders canceled after dispatch, you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both outgoing and return postage.
Delivery and Availability
Delivery for available items is typically processed within 5 working days. We are not responsible for delays while goods are in transit with the courier.
In the case of a missing or delayed parcel, we will attempt to locate it according to our internal procedures. If we cannot locate your parcel, we will send replacements.
You must complete a loss-age form before replacements for missing items can be sent.
Returns
You may return your order for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition.
Once you decide to return the goods, you must not use them and must take reasonable care of them while in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days.
You are responsible for the postage costs of any returned items. We advise using a recorded method of carriage for returning goods. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit. In the event of a lost parcel, the sender is responsible for processing a claim.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed via your original payment method for the price of the goods, excluding postage. For cash and postal orders, refunds will be issued by cheque.
